Immigration decisions are made by the relevant government authorities. Nothing on this website — including any online assessment result — is a promise or guarantee of any particular result, processing time, or eligibility determination.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to submit false information. Any online tools provided are for preliminary, non-binding guidance only.

Consultations and services

Booking a consultation through this website reserves time with us; it is not, by itself, a retainer or an engagement of our professional services. The scope, fees, and terms of any actual immigration consulting engagement are governed by a separate, signed retainer or service agreement, not by these website Terms. A discount voucher code, where offered, applies only to the initial consultation and has no value beyond the discount it states.

Refusal Review tool

The Refusal Review tool provides an automated, AI-assisted preliminary review of an immigration refusal document you upload. It is not legal advice, is not a determination by IRCC or any tribunal or court, and may contain errors or omissions. Immigration deadlines can be time-sensitive; do not rely on this tool alone for any deadline. By uploading a document, you confirm you have the authority to do so — either because it is your own document or because you have the authority and permission of the person it concerns. See our Privacy Policy for how uploaded documents and review results are processed, stored, and deleted.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, design and brand marks are owned by Pentagon Immigration Services or its licensors. The RCIC/CICC mark is used under the College’s permitted-use terms. You may not reproduce site content without permission.

Links to external websites (for example government pages) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. Some features on this site (such as consultation scheduling) rely on third-party services — see our Privacy Policy for which providers we use and why.
